Consists of papers created or collected by the Sonoma County Probate Court in the matter of the estate of German Piña. Includes a copy of a statement made by Governor Manuel Micheltorena concerning Piña's 1843 land grant; and a copy of Piña's will, dated 1847 June 17, of which his brother Jose de Jesus Piña and Mariano Guadalupe Vallejo served as executors, respectively.
